Transaction log files are encryped text file where it records all the communication data between vehicle and scanner. For customer support purpose, please send your transaction log file to us at support@fcarusa.com.
How to collect log file from F3/F3S:
- Check "Record"
- Put log file name
- Scan to recreate problem
- Return back to home screen, in order to save file
- Insert SD card into computer
- Get log files from SD card\Log file as attachment to email to: support@fcarusa.com. On email body, it needs to include Engine, Year, Problem
