Transaction log files are encryped text file where it records all the communication data between vehicle and scanner.  For customer support purpose, please send your transaction log file to us at support@fcarusa.com.

F506 will automatically record last scanned vehicle transaction log and save it under SD card Log folder. If you want to send us the log file, you might just attached log file into email attachment.
