FCAR update utilty can use as scanner registration, activation, software update and user profile management. It will need to install on your Windows PC at first time. 

1. Download

FCAR utility from here     (if you click and no response, try to make right click and select "Save link as" option)

You might get antivirus warning when you are trying to save an .Exe file into your PC by click on arrow to Keep.

2. Installation

Either you can click on browser downloaded package on the bottom to Open, or you can go into your download folder to find FCARUpdateUtility.exe file to run.

When you right the executable file FCARUpdateUtility.exe, you might receive the below green warning windows. You have to select More info and Runanway.
