Our returns policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, FCAR TECH USA offers returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, ONLY apply for fcarusa direct order. It does NOT apply to distributor or sale reps sale. 

Requirements for a full refund

  • The scanner must be in new condition
  • The scanner must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • The scanner has not been activated

How to return an item

You might return your item in 30 days without reason. You might call us to process return/refund. Or you might be able to login your account to create return ticket. And then ship the item to us with original box and accessories. 

How to process refund

Once we receive your item in original condition, we will notify you by email. We will start to process full refund process. It might take five business days to process the refund. You might login your account and check your return status.

Order cancelation policy

If you want to cancel an order:
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
  • Sign in to your account
  • Find the order on your main account page
  • Click the order number to see the order details

Warranty/Repair/Download/Support 

FCAR TECH USA offers one year hardware limited warranty and technical support for our direct customer and authorized distributor and sale representatives.

  • The warranty and support are not valid for Amazon or Ebay online purchase.
  • The warranty is limited to the tool owner and is transferable.
  • The warranty is valid provided that the tool has not been misused, disassembled, or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.
  • A copy of the original receipt showing date of purchase must accompany any warranty claim.
  • Repair time is estimated at 1 weeks from the date we receive the tool.
  • If warranty is expired, you might purchase extend warranty or repair by fee
