Our Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, FCAR Tech USA offers returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund. This policy applies ONLY to orders placed directly with FCAR USA and DOES NOT apply to distributor or sales representatives' sales.
Requirements for a Full Refund

The return product must be in new condition.

The return product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

The return product must not have been activated.
How to Return an Item
You may return your item within 30 days without reason. You can call us to process the return/refund or log into your account to create a return ticket if you order directly from this website. Then, ship the item to us with the original box and accessories. You have to pay return shipping cost.
How to Process a Refund
Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will notify you by email and begin the refund process. It may take up to five business days to complete the refund. You can log into your account to check your return status.
Order Cancelation Policy
If you want to cancel an order:

Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Order." During the processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Warranty/Repair/Download/Support
FCAR Tech USA offers a one-year limited hardware warranty and technical support for our direct customers and authorized distributors and sales representatives.

The warranty and support are not valid for Amazon or eBay online purchases.

The warranty is limited to the tool owner and is transferable.

The warranty is valid provided that the tool has not been misused, disassembled, or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.

A copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase must accompany any warranty claim.

Repair time is estimated to be one week from the date we receive the tool.

If the warranty has expired, you may purchase an extended warranty or repair services for a fee.
